Mayors Message
The leaves are changing, the mornings are cool, and football season is going strong!
Last month we were able to celebrate the grand opening of Garrette Park after all the renovations, and what a fantastic park we have now! Senator Hackett was able to join us, along with many of you, and I had a great day visiting and enjoying the families and kids playing.
This month we will have our last big event for the year, the Fall Festival, on October 22. There are still lots of openings for volunteers, if you want a chance to dress up and be a kid for the evening!
Next month is the start of the holiday season. Family time, Christmas in the Park preparation, and my favorite holiday of all, Thanksgiving. This year I have a lotto be thankful for, including being able to move to another beautiful home on Hillsdale with my lovely wife. I am looking forward to meeting all my neighbors, and making some new memories in my new-to-us house.
I hope we can have a great fall and enjoy living in our wonderful Village.

They clog the equipment.
